Inspired by the Japanese practice of _shinrin-yoku_, immerse yourself deep into a forest and take in its beauty through your photographs.
Shinrin-yoku, which translates to "forest bathing", encourages one to appreciate the sight, sound, and smell of nature, especially wooded areas. For this challenge, we want you to listen closely to the trees, take in its earthy scent, and feel the warmth of the sunshine peeking through its leaves. Blur out the city noise and follow the sound of chirping birds. Disconnect for a while and tune in to the melody of the forest—tells us what its heartbeat is like through your photographs.
Each participant may submit up to 10 photographs. This competition serves as the qualifying round of the Off the Grid category.
