We recently teamed up with Amarga Vintage and Verónica Alvez Farias for a special all-women LomoWalk in Salamanca, Spain with a selection of our Diana cameras. The photos from the day display everything we love about film photography, with visible quirks and imperfections, but full of character and emotion. Let's take a look at the photo walk from the point of view of the participants and through the lenses of our beloved Diana cameras.
The LomoWalk Salamanca was amazing. In the Amarga Vintage shop they were very kind and Veronica helped all the participants to correctly place the films in the cameras before starting. This experience has helped me to look at the streets of Salamanca with a different perspective and to imagine new scenarios together with my colleagues. What I liked the most was being able to share my love for photography with other girls while experimenting with different shots through the beautiful streets of Salamanca.
The cameras surprised me. I had never tried them before and I found them very easy to use, even if you have no experience with analogue cameras. They are very intuitive. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone and I can't wait to get a new roll of film and go out and photograph the streets of my city. – Raquel Castro Portillo
